Rudis Extrait by Nobile 1942 is a Leather Woody Spicy fragrance for women and men. Rudis was launched in 2014 and created by perfumer Antonio Alessandria.
This fragrance is inspired by the ancient Roman gladiator and the wooden sword called “rudis,” a symbol of courage, battle and freedom. It opens with dried fruits, bergamot, red wine and fruity notes, creating a rich, boozy and slightly sweet introduction with a dramatic character.
The heart develops with rose, saffron, cedarwood, geranium and cloves, adding a refined floral spicy warmth with a dry woody depth.
As it settles, the base reveals leather, incense, immortelle, vetiver, patchouli and musk, forming a smoky, earthy and leathery trail that feels strong, elegant and long-lasting.
