Alchermes by De Gabor is an Oriental Fougère fragrance for women and men. Alchermes was launched in 2024 and created by perfumer Gabriel Gabor. The fragrance is inspired by the historical Italian liqueur “Alchermes,” known for its aromatic spices and rich herbal character, translating that warm and complex spirit into a perfume composition.

The fragrance opens with a vibrant and spicy-fruity blend including peach, liquor accord, saffron, davana, cinnamon, clove, galbanum and citrus notes such as bergamot, grapefruit and orange, creating an energetic and opulent introduction. The heart develops into a complex aromatic structure with leather, tonka bean, ambrette, lavender, hay, orris, patchouli and saffron, adding warmth and a refined leathery character. As the scent settles, the base reveals oud, amber, ambergris, labdanum, vetiver, sandalwood, oakmoss and musk with hints of immortelle and spices, forming a deep woody-amber trail with rich oriental intensity.
